Audrey directs MPC’s transportation efforts and leads the Regional Planning & Infrastructure Advisory Committee. She has developed a series of roundtables on planning considerations for autonomous vehicles, led discussions on new regional travel demand modeling options and conducted outreach on regional transportation priorities. Prior to MPC, Audrey was a transportation planning and policy consultant for more than a decade. Her experience includes multiple regional transit improvement prioritization projects. She led benefit-cost analysis, grant writing, and advocacy efforts for the Chicago Region Environmental and Transportation Efficiency Program (CREATE), a public-private partnership of the City of Chicago, Illinois DOT and Association of American Railroads to improve freight rail, passenger rail and highway operations through 70 projects in greater Chicago. She led several research projects on transportation safety and performance management for the Federal Highway Administration as well as the development of statewide Strategic Highway Safety Plans for California and Montana.
