Frank is an investor and advisor for Centriq Technology. He has actively worked on building Centriq’s property management and builder channels. Additionally, Frank has helped Centriq with capital raising, business development and corporate partnership activities.
Prior to Centirq, Frank was a partner at House Properties, a real estate partnership focused on residential and multi-family housing as well as self-storage. In addition to analyzing deals, writing PPMs and raising capital, Frank built a property management software platform that the funds use to efficiently manage their properties, reduce costs and build strong landlord/tenant relations.
Prior to House Properties, Frank was a business valuation consultant performing valuations for ESOP transactions; restricted stock appraisals; gift tax appraisals; estate tax appraisals; family limited partnership valuations; company recapitalizations; dissenting shareholder valuations; bankruptcy valuations; business, stock and stock option valuations; litigation support services and appraisals for regulatory compliance (primarily related to SEC and IRS review).
Frank holds an MBA in finance and marketing from the University of Chicago and a BA in literature and communications from Hope College. Frank is actively involved with World Bicycle Relief, a not-for-profit focused on improving lives in rural communities (primarily in Africa) by providing bicycles that are used for education transportation, health care and economic development.
