Stephen M. Muck is the Chairman and CEO of Brayman Construction Corporation along with companies that encompass venture capitalism, robotics, real estate and aviation. Throughout Stephen’s career, he has started or acquired over twenty businesses and currently manages a portfolio companies centered around the heavy civil construction industry. In construction related endeavors alone, Stephen oversees approximately $200 million in revenue annually with key interests in engineering, construction, explosive demolition, commercial diving, deep foundation installations and oil & gas site work. Additionally, Stephen’s leadership roles reach further than his own portfolio. Stephen is involved with a multiple of construction-related organizations and participates in various community-related board activities and charitable programs. Stephen’s passion to give back to the community lead him to create the Muck Family Foundation which supports a diverse charitable giving program. As CEO and sole shareholder, Mr. Muck has guided Brayman Construction and developed its team of experienced executives, engineers and skilled craftspeople. In recent years the core and related businesses have generated revenues in excess of $160M in 2012 and Brayman has built bonding capacity of over $500M (aggregate limit) / $350M (single project). In 2016, Stephen established Advanced Construction Robotics, Inc. With the formation of ACR he started a unique and unparalleled partnership between Advanced Construction Robotics, Inc., Brayman Construction Corporation, and Grouse Ridge Capital, LLC to realize his vision of commercializing artificial intelligent robotic solutions for the transformation of the construction industry. Stephen obtained a B.S. in Finance from Ohio University, an M.B.A. from Penn State University, and has also participated in the annual CEO/YPO Harvard President’s Seminar for the past six years. Stephen is a life-long learner and a serial entrepreneur that is always looking to create value and drive success throughout every aspect of his life.
