Troy manages the implementation of the KOHLER Signature Store and Experience Center program across the Americas, with a primary focus on top markets in the US. His new business development team builds the business case for distributor partners utilizing data analytics to identify top markets, then coordinates all subsequent activities including site selection, architecture and interior design, in-store brand creative, construction, hiring and training, store operations, and on-going marketing.

Kohler Co., as part of its larger omnichannel strategy, has been introducing the high-street retail store concept to existing distribution partners. The program allows customers to experience the breadth and depth of KOHLER product in an environment that reflects the gracious living tenets of the brand. Moreover, it creates stronger brand identity by communicating Kohler’s unwavering commitment to sustainability, stewardship, and the arts.

Kohler Co. operates in over 50 locations with over 37,000 employees worldwide. By the end of 2018, Kohler Co. will have 6 Experience Centers in 5 countries (including locations in New York and Los Angeles), 28 Signature Stores in 22 markets (including Panama City and Vancouver), with another 5 under development. Kohler Co. is committed to significantly expanding the Signature Store program over the next 3 years.

During his career, Troy has managed projects for public, private and non-profit clients across a diverse range of industries. He has a degree in Civil Engineering from University of Wisconsin and an MBA from Marquette University.
