Labor shortages and workforce challenges continue to be some of the most pressing issues facing the construction industry. In this AI/ML Preparedness Forum session, we will explore how AI and machine learning technologies are being leveraged to help address these concerns — from optimizing workforce planning and enhancing worker safety to automating repetitive tasks and improving productivity on the jobsite. Participants will share real-world examples, discuss opportunities for AI to augment rather than replace human labor, and examine practical barriers such as adoption challenges, technology costs, and change management. This conversation will provide valuable insights for organizations seeking to deploy AI solutions that support and strengthen their workforce strategies in an increasingly competitive labor market.

Speaker: TBD

This forum will include a presentation and a BuiltWorlds moderated Q&A session.
