The Project Engineer position is focused on exposing graduates to the means and methods of concrete construction through a hands-on, team focused environment.  New graduates can anticipate accelerated exposure and opportunities with a fun and growing team. Our integration will have graduates learning about Concrete Construction through hands-on, in the field experience with one of the industry’s leaders.  Opportunities for advancement are continuous.

  • Understanding, engaging, and giving feedback for all aspects of phases of work or task assigned
  • Utilizing information, tools, & process appropriate for task or phase of work
  • Customer Expectations- scope, schedule, safety, quality
  • Schedules- timeframe and overall schedule
  • Time and Quantities/Budget- turn in time, calculate quantities, & review
  • Developing in-depth knowledge of the phase of work
  • Engaging in the Daily Preparation Process (daily plan)
  • Responsible for own daily safety, quality, and execution for portion of the project

Preferred Job Requirements, Traits, & Characteristics:

  • Graduate with a Construction Management or Civil Engineering Degree
  • One (1) previous internship in the construction field
  • GPA 2.5 and above
  • Work well in a team environment
  • Self-motivated
  • Engaged individual
  • Organized and able to prioritize
  • Has a desire to learn
  • Wants to be hands-on
