Contract Simply, a construction loan management software, has graciously provided the industry with a short “idiot’s guide” to construction loans. The blog post includes a definition of a construction loan, outlines the average timeline for a loan, the expected interest rates on construction loans, and more.
4. Structionsite announces partnership with PCL Construction
PCL Construction will now be utilizing StructionSite, a digital jobsite documentation platform. “StructionSite is a tool that enhances our existing processes, bolsters communication, and makes our teams more efficient and organized,” said Bill Bennington, National Quality Manager at PCL. “Matt, Philip, and the StructionSite team are receptive to our needs and ideas, enabling the formation of a productive partnership.”
5. SYNDÉO provides alternative to overloaded utility poles
