Since launching in 2021, the company has powered over $20 billion in construction value through its AI-driven platform, now trusted by leading builders including Amazon, Lennar, IKEA, and Toll Brothers. PermitFlow’s proprietary dataset of 12 million-plus permitting records enables AI agents that cut timelines by up to 60% and workloads by 90%. The new funding will accelerate product development and team growth as PermitFlow modernizes construction workflows and supports critical priorities like housing affordability and infrastructure renewal. Gravis Robotics Raises $23 Million

Gravis Robotics has raised $23 million in a round co-led by IQ Capital and Zacua Ventures, with participation from Pear VC, Imad, Sunna Ventures, Armada Investment, and Holcim. The funding will accelerate Gravis’ global rollout, expand its team, and deepen its growing network of OEM, contractor, and dealer partnerships. Already deployed across seven countries, Gravis’ autonomy platform is powering large-scale excavation and material-handling operations with major industry players, including Holcim, Taylor Woodrow, Flannery, and Develon. Enerin has raised €15 million in a Series A led by Johnson Controls, Climentum Capital, The Footprint Firm, and Move Energy, marking its shift from pioneering R&D to full-scale industrial production. The funding will accelerate manufacturing, commercial deployment, and next-generation development of Enerin’s HoegTemp high-temperature heat pump system, which delivers up to 250°C process heat using electricity and recycled energy. With early pilots at GE Healthcare, Pelagia, and IVAR IKS Biogas, Enerin offers a profitable, modular alternative to fossil-fuel boilers—cutting energy use by up to 70%.
