,Ahead of this year’s Construction Tech Conference taking place July 13th and 14th in Chicago, the Chicago Forum will meet at the BuiltWorlds office in the River North neighborhood. Forum members and the steering committee will meet to discuss the overall vision of the forum and map out remaining initiatives for 2022 – including partnership opportunities with P33.
Evan Shy and Lucy Brennan will share details regarding various P33 initiatives including its TechRise startup challenge. Additionally, Dave Hettinger, Founder and Principal of Entropy, will share an in-progress update on Chicago-based startups and investors active in the built environment.
About the Forum
The Chicago Forum is a consortium of investors, technologists, and buildings and infrastructure industry leaders focused on bolstering the built-world ecosystem within the Chicago region. Focused on building Chicago’s stature as a top tier city for PropTech and BuiltTech, the Chicago Forum is aligned with other local initiatives such as P33 Chicago, which was founded by Penny Pritzker, Chris Gladwin, and Kelly Welsh, to build Chicago’s reputation as a tier-one tech hub.
