Beyond the Pilot: From Experimentation to Enterprise Impact

Construction doesn’t have an innovation problem; it has a scaling problem. We’ve never had more startups, technologies, and ideas entering the industry, yet many struggle to move beyond pilot projects. Drawing on experiences from EllisDon’s accelerator program and broader innovation initiatives, we’ll explore what separates successful innovations from those that stall. This session will include a facilitated discussion focused on scaling innovation, organizational ownership, change management, and adoption. Attendees will engage in interactive roundtable discussions to share real-world successes, failures, and lessons learned. The goal for this working group session is to exchange practical ideas and perspectives that help organizations move from pilot projects to standard practice.
