WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  1. Early stage company in construction, architecture, engineering or real estate tech.
  2. A vital need to access industry expertise and the Suffolk Technologies ecosystem to solve a particular business challenge.
  3. An outstanding team that wants to see change in the built environment
  4. Initiatives underway to solve big problems in sustainability, design, planning, marketplaces, robotics, advanced data analytics, automation, fintech, modularization and offsite construction, smart building, supply chain, and any new technology or business model innovation that could bring more efficiency and productivity to the built environment

 

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

  1. Startup must be incorporated before acceptance into the program.
  2. Startup must be focused on addressing challenges within the built world (architecture, engineering, construction, infrastructure, building operations, real estate).
  3. Startup must be available to attend the in-person BOOST Pre-Launch Program in Boston, MA on September 4 and 5, 2024. This event will include founders, operating partners, and team captains.
  4. Startup must be available to attend the in-person BOOST Demo Day in Boston on November 6, 2024.
  5. Startup must be available for the accelerator program from September 16, 2024 to November 6, 2024. Weekly programming will occur virtually on Tuesday (typically starting late morning EST to best accommodate individuals across different time zones). In addition, each BOOST team will meet at least weekly at a time of their choosing.

  1. BOOST offers $100,000 plus unparalleled access to industry advisors, differentiated programming, pilot opportunities, and more in return for 3% of your company.
  2. Suffolk Technologies is granted the right to invest in your next qualified financing round up to 20% of securities offered.
