This panel seeks to explore what it's like to raise capital in these spaces and what the future of the built environment looks like with the progression of these technologies.

Depending on the business model, venture capital may not be the best form of financing. There are a myriad of ways outside of traditional VC that startups can achieve the capital they need to scale. This panel will discuss the role venture debt, equipment financing, grants and other sources of capital that AEC startups can utilize. This panel will compare/contrast different capital structures and how to craft a capital structure that works best for your company.

As a built world startup, how do you prepare yourself for the exit? This panel will weigh different perspectives from the acquisition process for crafting successful exits in the built world. This panel will have representatives from private equity, M&A advisory, enterprise acquirers and small and mid-sized acquirers in the industry.
