Arup, Rockefeller Launch City Resilience Tool
Last week in London, after years of joint research and testing, global
engineering giant ARUP and the Rockefeller Foundation jointly unveiled a
new City Resilience Index, a “pioneering tool for cities to understand and
assess their resilience.”
