Sidara Collaborative is a privately owned international consulting group originally founded in 1956 as Dar Al-Handasah (“the house of engineering”), which rebranded to Sidara in December 2023. It operates across architecture and design, engineering, project management, digital strategy, sustainability consulting, and energy innovation.
The collaborative model brings together seventeen or more leading specialist firms, including Dar, Perkins&Will, Currie & Brown, TYLin, and Penspen that operate independently with their own identities and cultures. Following the acquisition of Wood Group in late 2025, the collaborative now comprises more than 55,000 professionals and generates over $8.5 billion in revenue globally.
