The inaugural Contractor’s Choice and Tech Excellence Awards took place on July 9, 2025, as part of the 2025 BuiltWorlds Construction Tech Conference in Chicago’s iconic Willis Tower. Both the Contractor’s Choice and Tech Excellence Awards recognize top performing technology solution providers and contractors, respectively, as identified through BuiltWorlds’ Benchmarking Research Program—which collects unique data on technology adoption and implementation within the industry.
The Contractors Choice Awards specifically highlights the solutions that achieved the highest reported user ratings among the companies identified via BuiltWorlds’ research. Companies were recognized across five categories: Preconstruction, Sustainable Jobsites, Project Software, Field Solutions, and Equipment & Robotics.
