
The future of the Architecture, Engineering, Construction, and Owner-Operator (AECO) industry was unveiled this week as the Trimble 0-60 Challenge 2025 culminated in a spectacular Demo Day at Trimble Dimensions in Las Vegas, Nevada, from November 10-12, 2025.
After 12 weeks of intensive development and showcasing their breakthrough integrations, the competing startups presented their high-impact solutions to a panel of industry judges, demonstrating how they are expanding the Trimble ecosystem and tackling the industry’s toughest challenges. The competition spotlighted solutions leveraging key Trimble platforms, including Trimble Connect, SketchUp, and Trimble Tekla.

1st Place: Datagrid
The Solution: Datagrid, the AI Agent that takes action, automates entire workflows across tools, files, and systems, connecting to over 100 platforms.

2nd Place: KOPE AI
The Solution: KOPE AI is a software platform that enables Productization within the construction industry, applying real- world building products directly to projects instantly using cutting-edge computational technology.

3rd Place: Now Vision
The Solution: Now Vision automates construction monitoring by comparing site conditions with plans in real-time, allowing
AI to detect deviations early, generate instant reports, and ensure compliance and quality.

Special Recognition Awards
In addition to the top three placements, two major awards recognizing technical and scalable excellence were presented:
Winner of HP’s AI Development Excellence Award powered by NVIDIA: NavLive
NavLive develops an AI-powered handheld scanner for construction that generates real-time 2D and 3D models and instant 3D Point Cloud Data using LiDAR and AI processing.

Winners of AWS’s Scaled Thought Award: Join / TextFit
Join is a collaborative software for managing design and preconstruction that unites teams around cost, timeline, and design clarity.
TestFit is a real estate feasibility platform where real-time AI iterates rapidly to optimize for the best use of land.
