Attendees of the 2026 AI/ML Conference had a unique opportunity to hear from Beena Ammanath, head of Deloitte’s Global AI Institute in an afternoon fireside chat with BuiltWorlds CEO Rosemarie Lipman. Ammanath provided an “outsider-in perspective,” sharing insights from generalized research conducted by Deloitte’s AI Institute. Together, Ammanath and Lipman connected general attitudes, understandings, and applications of AI to the more specialized tools and utilizations emerging in AEC.
