Incorporating technology solutions for the sake of doing so has led to resistance in the adoption of modernized management techniques and tools. Poor measurement and capturing of real-time data and processing for the benefit of more efficient execution has not helped this evolution. This manifests within the design and construction phase, as well as throughout the supply chain, getting the goods to the job site when they are needed.
