SkyCentrics believes that AI should be able to radically reduce the cost of operating and constructing buildings, while also optimizing to what de Frondeville called the “three Cs”: cost, comfort, and carbon. With the vast majority of buildings in the US facing several challenges to performance, including outdated or proprietary technology, SkyCentrics seeks to connect every building with agentive AI to allow for integrated weather, grid, and carbon data to inform real-time optimization.
