Future Workforce Conference 2025 – Pioneering a Culture of Innovation and Positive Changes for All Levels of the Workforce

This panel from the 2025 Future Workforce Conference, moderated by CapMetro Director of Transit System Enablement Jacob Calhoun, brought together thought leaders to discuss incorporating innovation and technology as central tenants of an organization’s culture. Industry experts offered perspectives and insights on creating a culture of trust and communication, as well as assessing how successful deployment of technology can be measured and assessed.

In the lead-up to this event, we had the opportunity to speak with both Chris Young and Sumesh Arora about strategic approaches to developing innovation-forward company culture. Young offered thoughts on assessing how tech is distributed among office and jobsite workers in an article titled “Cultivating Internal Buy-In for New Technology in the Construction Industry,” while Arora explored Entergy’s growing future workforce development program in a one-on-one interview titled “Educating and Engaging the Future Workforce: A Q&A With Dr. Sumesh Arora of Entergy.”
