,Following the success of our Buildings Conference in New York and our Offsite Conference in Raleigh-Durham, BuiltWorlds is deepening and expanding building and infrastructure research with a new conference focused on innovation in building materials, as well as the supply of those materials from factory to jobsite.
From solutions that help promote sustainability, carbon footprint reduction, and advance offsite fabrication, to those that lower labor burder and the lifecycle costs of maintaining structures, new technologies and techniques are helping address a wide range of problems and opportunities. In addition to advances in the materials themselves, this conference will examine how technologies are helping refine movement of materials from factories to jobsites in an industry notorious for late deliveries and incorrect or damaged materials in a fragmented and inefficient supply chain.
