We recently spoke with Paul Cardis, co-founder & CEO of On3, an offline, AI-driven e-learning platform for field workers. In our conversation, we discussed the challenges he observes in the industry regarding communication, training and development, and how On3 is evolving to address those issues.
On3 provides services to accurately capture jobsite procedures and transform that documentation into easily accessible training materials for field workers without requiring an internet connection. Cardis also shared how On3 is approaching new applications of AI within their model, as well as his thoughts on the evolving role of AI within the AEC space.
