Hardline Co-Founder and CEO Alena Tuttle pitched the AI-powered voice capturing solution at the 2026 Venture West in San Francisco, Calif. Judges were impressed with the startup which aims to bridge the gap between the field and office by transcribing jobsite calls and conversations in both English and Spanish. The transcriptions are converted into structured documentation that can be integrated directly with other construction software, including Procore, Autodesk Forma, and Fieldwire by Hilti.
In May of 2026, Hardline announced the company had raised $2 million in pre-seed funding. The round was led by Mucker Capital and support from StandUp Ventures, Suffolk Technologies, Nirman Ventures, and Alumni Ventures.
