As projects become larger and more complex, the scale of the firm required to meet these demands has also increased. In some cases, firms have grown organically and in others, through acquisition. The result is complex firm structures that require excellent leadership. Gensler Managing Principal and Board Member, Nila Leiserowitz, discussed the ways of addressing this at the largest architecture firm in the world. Seen here from our Summit 18, this conversation was moderated by the President and CEO of the Chicago Architecture Foundation, Lynn Osmond as they examined how Nila and Gensler develop and retain a talented workforce, as well as how they approach business development and ensure they deliver the best services to their clients.
