nPlan Raises $16 Million
London-based nPlan has raised $16 million in Series B funding led by CapHorn, Chevron Technology Ventures, and Suffolk Technologies, with support from GV, Pentech Ventures, and LocalGlobe. Using the world’s largest dataset of 750,000+ project schedules, nPlan’s AI helps forecast risks and prevent delays across $500 billion in active projects, including HS2, Chevron, Shell, and NEOM. Its tools, such as Barry and Schedule Studio, enable proactive, data-driven management in the $10 trillion construction sector. The funding will fuel global expansion and further R&D in predictive and generative AI for major project delivery. Read more
Provision Raises $7 Million
Toronto-based Provision, developer of the first AI co-pilot for construction estimators, has raised $7 million in seed funding led by Cercano Management, with participation from Y Combinator, One Way Ventures, and others—bringing total funding to $8.7 million. Provision’s platform helps contractors reduce costly bidding errors by enabling estimators to quickly extract accurate insights from complex documents. The company has reviewed over $100 billion in project value for major clients like EllisDon, Ferrovial, and PCL. With its new Scope Agent tool, Provision aims to automate scope creation, helping contractors bid faster, cut errors, and protect profits. Read more
Prisma Photonics Raises $30 Million
Tel Aviv–based Prisma Photonics has raised $30 million in an oversubscribed growth round led by Protego Ventures, with participation from Adara Ventures, a major Latin American transmission operator, and continued backing from Insight Partners, Chione Switzerland, and SE Ventures. The funding brings total capital raised to $80 million. Prisma’s AI-driven Hyper-Scan Fiber-Sensing platform transforms existing optical fiber networks into large-scale, real-time monitoring systems for critical infrastructure such as power grids, pipelines, and perimeters. Deployed across thousands of kilometers globally, the company will use the new capital to scale in the U.S., Europe, and Latin America. Read more
