As we move toward Day Two of our Project Delivery Conference where we explore project management systems, we wanted to dedicate time specifically to focus on project management considerations for specialty contractors. Specialty contractors have a range of needs that are distinct from the needs of owners or general contractors. They tend to have more labor management, tools and equipment, payroll, and materials fabrications and management considerations than general contractors. At the same time, as we discussed at the Summit, they need to interface with general contractors and owners who often specify software requirements. We’ll hear from specialty contractors about how they balance these needs and what solutions they look to in order to address their needs.
