What are some of the major shift in mobility, energy, and communications infrastructure currently taking place, and how do they impact office building investors, landlords and tenants? Who wins and loses in an era of increased ridesharing? What is the impact of 5G and next generation fiber on buildings, and how important will data capacity and optionality be for tenants and landlords, alike? What are the larger ramifications of all of this change on our cities and the way in which we work?
Our all-star panel will address these questions and more. We will kick the day off with an overview from Kyle Kamin, Executive Vice President of CBRE. Kyle has represented such clients as Motorola Mobility, Glassdoor, Rise, and Google on some of the largest and most complex tech company transactions in Chicago’s history.
Kyle will then be joined by leaders from Comcast, Edison International, and Parqex who will each provide deeper insights around changes coming in communications, energy, and mobility.
