Located on the site of the Bouygues Construction Matériel technical base in Chilly-Mazarin, in the southern outskirts of Paris, Scale One will be open to companies (start-ups, SMEs and large groups) and institutional players (academics, research institutes and technical centres) from early 2025. Roughly 2,500 m² of testing, coworking and creative spaces will be available, encouraging hybridisation with the aim of shaping the decarbonised and digitalised construction site of the future.
