About Construct Venture

Construct Venture is an investment company owned by AF Gruppen and OBOS. The company is investing in startup companies that can contribute to a smarter and more future oriented supplier industry within the construction sector. Construct Ventures business model is based on smart capital, where AF and OBOS, in addition to financial strength, can provide industry expertise and well-functioning systems for the startups. At the same time, AF and OBOS make their projects available for pilot testing of technology and large-scale testing of concepts. Construct Venture is primarily aimed at companies that are in the early commercialization phase, with an established customer base and a product or service in the final test phase. Investments are not limited to the Nordic region, we are also interested in companies in other geographical regions that see the potential in a collaboration with Norwegian players. The premise is that the investment can contribute to a better construction industry, which makes AF and OBOS’​ initiative unique.
