Lyles Diversifed, Inc. was Founded by Bill and Elizabeth Lyles in 1945. Our primary operating business is construction, with a focus on Water, Power, Roads, Infrastructure, HVAC and Plumbing. Our Construction is performed through our subsidiary corporations: W.M. Lyles Co.; American Paving Co.; Lyles Mechanical Co.; & Kaweah Construction Co. We also have several Real Estate Partnerships, both rental and development.
