Terra Millennium Corporation (TMC) is the parent company to seven industrial services companies: J.T. Thorpe & Son, Inc. (JT THORPE), Brahma Group, Inc. (Brahma), JT THORPE International, Inc., and Liberty Industrial Group, Inc. (LIG), BISI, K&G Industrial Services, LLC (K&G), Southern Refractories, Inc. (SRI). Each of these companies is separately incorporated and wholly owned by TMC. Each subsidiary operates independently and has its own leadership group dedicated to professionally serving the best interests of its customers.
