Identifying Technology Needs and Opportunities
On 04/14/2022 @ 10am CTS we investigate how engineering, general and specialty contractor’s technology implementation leaders take on the task of identifying the demand for new solutions or improvements to old processes is key to the longevity of companies working in the construction industry’s ability to deliver projects on time and under budget. The April 2022 Engineers and Contractors (E&C) Technology Adoption Leaders Forum call will seek to understand how construction technology adoption leaders manage the investigation of emerging technologies for potential implementation.
Tech Adoption Leader Spotlight
Kathleen Rodrigo will lead this month’s forum as she has extensive experience as an Enterprise Tech Solutions Manager at EllisDon, leading a unique team of consultants who help drive the digital transformation of the business. Her team advises on the selection, implementation, and adoption of new technology, helping to promote a more standardized, efficient, and secure environment.
