8/19/20 10 am CST –  In the three legged stool of project management (cost, schedule, and quality), quality has traditionally taken a back seat. “On time and on budget” is a contractor mantra, but what about quality?  Long punch lists, nagging warranty work, and expensive construction defect litigation are hallmark’s of the industry’s gaping quality problems.  Further testimony to these problems is the apparent lack of broadly accepted industry yard sticks even to measure quality. On this call, we’ll continue our efforts to understand the industry’s initiatives to address this problem and identify how we might be able to leverage technology to move us forward.
