Leonard supports entrepreneurial innovation through a program specially designed for seed and pre-seed startups in the construction, mobility, low-carbon energy and property sectors. The SEED program offers tailored support to help startups build their network at VINCI, improve their product market fit, refine their go-to-market strategy, test their solution and prepare to raise funds. Benefits and resources
Companies participating in the SEED program benefit from a number of advantages, including €60,000 in funding (€30,000 in cash and €30,000 in kind), mentoring sessions with VINCI Group’s experts to improve their product market fit and go-to-market strategy, and personalized coaching sessions with external experts. Teams also have the opportunity to build their network at VINCI with operational staff, experts and business leaders, to be put in touch with a network of investors (business angels and CVs) in France and abroad, to take part in themed workshops with European and North American entrepreneurs and investors, and to obtain a certification in entrepreneurship from Stanford University. In addition, office space will be available in Paris downtown if needed, and a Demo Day open to investors and decision-makers from the VINCI Group will close the program.
Results of the SEED 2024 batch
To illustrate the impact of the program, this year’s SEED batch has generated a total of 235 hours of discussions between the startups involved in the program and VINCI Group’s operational staff, raised €7.2 million in dilutive financing to date, involved 185 VINCI’s employees, including 80 operational managers and 65 activity directors/company heads, and resulted in the signature of three contracts as well as the initiation of four field trials.
