Preliminary Agenda
The BuiltWorlds Tokyo Summit will take place in multiple venues around Tokyo over three days of programming. Prior to the official start of the conference, as we continue to look at how emerging technology is actually being put to work, we will tour locations around Tokyo where we can see live case studies of new solutions applied to industry projects. Conference Research Group Meetings, General Sessions, and other programs will begin on Wednesday of that week.
Day 1 Schedule
Offsite Event: Kajima Technical Institute
This event is private and by invitation only.
In 2023, Kajima hosted a welcome group at KaTRI - its state of the art innovation facility - followed by a jobsite tour tunnel project outside of Tokyo. This group was able to learn about key innovation initiatives, technology use on the jobsite, and the various nuances of construction in Tokyo.
This year, the group will have the opportunity to meet and learn at Kajima's Technical Institute.
Offsite Event: Jobsite Tours & Welcome Dinner
This event is private and by invitation only.
During the afternoon, Kajima will host two jobsite tours, showcasing jobsite innovations in infrastructure and building construction. Following these tours, a dinner will conclude the day.

Shimizu Corporation recently opened the doors of it's brand new, state-of-the-art innovation facility called Novare. This year, leaders from Shimizu will welcome a limited group of BuiltWorlds summit attendees to join for a tour and presentation to our construction tech forum.

BuiltWorlds Tokyo Summit Demo Competition

BuiltWorlds demo night is a staple of the global summit events. The evening prior to general sessions, the group gathers to hear pitches from startups both local to the region and around the world in front of an expert panel of judges.
The evening will host pitches from 10 startups across a variety of products, sizes, and demographics all custom-programmed to the interests of Tokyo Summit attendees.
