Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales/Marketing Coordinator to enhance our digital design efforts while supporting our sales team to drive revenue growth and increase our brand awareness and customer engagement. This role will involve creating sales presentations and company slide decks, updating existing sales collateral and creating new collateral as needed, and providing administrative support to ensure seamless operations between our sales and marketing efforts. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, collaborative, and proactive, with strong communication and multitasking skills.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Sales Support: Assist in the creation, design, and editing of sales proposals, RFP responses, and client presentations that align with our brand standards and sales objectives.

 

  • Presentation Development: Collaborate with the sales team to create visually engaging and impactful PowerPoint presentations tailored to specific client needs.

 

  • Event Collateral: Develop promotional materials, brochures, flyers, signage, and other collateral for conferences, trade shows, and company-sponsored events.

 

  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all marketing and sales materials are aligned with the company\’s branding guidelines and messaging.

 

  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, research and event teams to gather content and ensure marketing materials meet all project requirements.

 

  • Content Editing: Proofread and edit content for clarity, grammar, and consistency across all platforms and materials.

 

  • Project Management: Coordinate the production and delivery of marketing assets, ensuring deadlines are met and all deliverables are completed to a high standard.

 

  • Market Research: Assist with market and competitor research to support sales strategies and content creation.

 

  • Reporting: Track and analyze the performance of marketing materials and presentations, providing insights for continuous improvement.

 

  • Customer Communication: Coordinate communication with prospects and clients, including follow-up emails, meeting scheduling, and information sharing.

 

  • Data Entry & Reporting: Update sales data in CRM systems, track KPIs, and generate reports for sales performance analysis.

 

  • Event Coordination: Help organize and coordinate sales-related events, such as dinners, webinars, and client meetings.

 

  • Ad-Hoc Projects: Support additional marketing initiatives, such as email campaigns, social media content, and website updates as needed.

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor\’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

 

  • 2-5 years of experience in a marketing or sales support role, preferably in B2B environments.

 

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint), Adobe Creative Suite, and CRM tools, experience with project management software a plus

 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

 

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

 

  • Keen attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.

 

  • Creative thinking with a strong design aesthetic and the ability to translate ideas into visually appealing materials.

 

 

Preferred Skills:

 

  • Experience in a startup environment

 

  • Experience with event planning or coordination.

 

  • Experience with CRM systems and project management software solutions.

 

  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar).

 

  • Basic knowledge of website content management systems (CMS).
