Antonia is currently at the helm of Hilti’s Venture team, serving as their Director. Throughout the past 8 years at Hilti, she has worked within various roles both in Europe and the United States within the management sector.

An exciting advancement happening at Hilti North America is a new tool, called the PLT 400, that they introduced in January of 2023. This tool utilizes advanced technology to assist workers in quickly and accurately laying out building plans. What makes the PLT 400 so exciting is that it is easily accessible to workers after minimal training and is compatible with Revit, AutoCAD, and other professional layout platforms.

In January of 2023, Susan took on a new role as Senior Vice President of High Performance and Sustainable Construction at Pepper Construction Group. Within this leadership position, she will continue to push sustainable initiatives to the forefront of the built environment. Susan will be speaking at BuiltWorlds' 2023 Buildings Conference in a panel about prefabrication, lifestyle costing, and emerging technology's role within the design of buildings.

A notable development came in August of 2022, when Pepper Construction announced the formation of Pepper Energy. This new branch of Pepper will be dedicated to pursuing renewable energy projects and cementing sustainable projects' importance within the industry. Pepper Energy will build upon Pepper Construction’s goal of enhancing people’s quality of life by bringing innovative energy solutions into the built world.

Alexey is the Co-Founder and CIO of Mighty Buildings, a construction tech company that uses 3D printing technology in hopes of making carbon-neutral housing a reality. Mighty Buildings has created and patented Light Stone Material, which is able to be quickly cured into a stone-like composite that has four times the tensile and flexural strength of concrete, while weighing significantly less. Alexey will be a judge at the Demo Day Competition event within BuiltWorlds' 2023 Building Conference.

In late 2022, Mighty Buildings completed a 3D-printed net-zero home in Southern California. This is a huge feat within the industry, as this is asserted to be the world’s first 3D-printed net zero home. This is an exciting advancement for the built world, as it may set a new precedent for the future of sustainable housing.
