Aro Homes buys aging homes and replaces them with beautifully designed, luxury properties with a net zero impact. Aro Homes produce higher margins, have better quality, and are made six times faster than a traditional home.
Aro utilizes specialized data analytics, product design, and local optimization to select old, small, and undervalued properties. Aro then purchases these homes, demolishes them, recycles what materials they can, assembles their modular homes, and resells for high margins.
