Branch is an AI-automated CAD plugin for solar engineering that is attempting to make the process of engineering modeling with Solar Panels much more efficient while also reducing the risk of human error commonly found in these projects. Branch is helping engineers to reclaim about a third of their time that is typically spent manually creating electric schematics by automatically using a plugin that will allow CAD to create a full wire plan in seconds vs. days. Releasing their first beta program next month, Branch has been able to pilot with 10 companies to help pilot the software to ensure that it works the way it is intended. Provided their pilot programs are successful, Branch intends to expand their capabilities and reach beyond just solar panel schematics and move to other sectors as well that are also using CAD.
