Belinda’s background in the BIM field has given her a unique insight on the challenges that face BIM and prefab when it comes time to implement these plans into the actual construction phase.

One other challenge that Belinda sees facing the industry is the overuse of buzzwords that are taking over the industry and creating so much noise that it makes it hard for professionals in the construction industry to cut through the noise and full grasp what is being discussed.
