Sundt Construction has been around for over 120 years and has grown into a company that currently has about 3,000 employees and does $3 billion in revenue each year.
Eric Cylwik, Director of Innovation at Sundt was gracious enough to sit down with our interview team and talk about some of the initiatives the construction company is looking most forward to. Eric also describes some of the largest hurdles that he’s seen in his time with the company and throughout the entire industry.
Eric joined us at the 2024 Construction Tech Conference as a speaker on a panel titled, “Safe Sites, Smart Solutions: Enhancing Construction Site Safety with Technology” that explored various challenges companies are facing as it related to making work sites safer and more efficient.
