How Predicitve Analytics is Reducing Uncertainty to Close the Talent Gap

Shawn Gray has led a six-year project at Jacobs to develop technology-based processes for applying machine Learning and data analytics to risk and human resource management. The initiative has yielded a harvest of institutional knowledge captured in data, and has enabled the formation of effective teams six-times leaner than before. It also has led to a 16% reduction in non-conformances and rework and a 70% increase in the ability to resolve issues in the field. It has saved time and money and improved quality, while speeding the development of the company’s next generation of leaders.
