Mike Mahan, Managing Director of Stanley Ventures sat down with our team at the 2023 Construction Tech Conference this past July in Chicago, Illinois to talk about what he’s most looking forward to within the Stanley team.
Mahan says that he’s most excited about Stanley’s Construction Technology team that centers around a former portfolio company in which Stanley acquired last year called MSUITE.
Mahan is also excited about a product the Stanley Construction Technology team is rolling out with UK based Converge that is making concrete sensors that would attach to rebar prior to pouring the concrete that can allow contractors more information on insights that would allow contractors to better schedule their projects with more accuracy.
Stanley Ventures will be joining the BuiltWorlds team at our upcoming 2023 Venture East Conference taking place in Miami Beach this November 8-9. Stanley will be partaking in a new feature of our Venture Conferences known as Dealmaker’s Alley. This new concept that was first launched earlier this year at the Venture West Conference, is a two-day concurrent part of the venture conference wherein startups will be allowed to schedule specific meetings times with investors who are attending the conference and participating.
