Dan Laboe, Director of Venture Investments, led BuiltWorlds Q2 Venture analyst call, addressing the latest trends in the venture capital investment within the contech landscape. Mike Mahan, Managing Director of Stanley Ventures, brought a later stage investment lens to this call while Alice Liu, Head of the Venture Studio at Stanley X, provided insight into the earliest-stage emerging innovations.

In the AEC industry, Q2 saw a slight decrease in capital deployed into startup companies through venture funding but deal count slightly ticked higher resilient in the face of economic turmoil.
