Meeting Topic: As innovation groups continue to look at emerging technologies, the work required to implement new tech is increasingly important. In order to tackle these implementation projects, innovation teams may choose to hire more FTE’s to manage these tasks, or they may consider hiring consultants to manage implementation. The topic of conversation will be around the benefits and difficulties of each decision, and the group’s experiences with either route.
