BuiltWorlds member LinkedField released a white paper earlier this year that dived into the latest California law that requires employers to let workers know they may have been exposed to COVID-19. This new rule is different from previous laws because this “puts the primary responsibility on the employer, not the employees that may be infected, to communicate news of potential infection to others.”
