Analyst Call– Building Tech: Navigating the Evolution of Modular Construction

October’s first analyst call focused on modular construction systems and their utilization to improve project quality. Modular solutions, often referred to as offsite or prefabricated construction, is an AEC method that involves the assembly of modules within an off-site location that are then transported to the construction site. These solutions hold widespread appeal within the built world as it can increase efficiency, be more cost effective, and offer design flexibility–all of which streamline a project’s schedule greatly.
