We believe that while housing is not a singular solution, the cost of housing is a significant indicator for rebuilding and supporting a middle class. We are focused on providing high quality home ownership models for communities that have historically struggled under redlining, targeted restrictive regulation, community based appraisal gaps and limited external investment.
