February Venture Call – Late Stage & M&A Activity and Trends

2/10/21 10am CT – Although investment in AEC technology is still relatively in it’s infancy, we’ve begun to see the maturation of some of the earlier players as they eye exits through SPACs/IPOs & M&A.  On this call we’ll hear from two investment professionals who have guided & advised companies on the process of going public or through an acquisition, they also have a unique focus within the Built Environment and will touch on trends in later stage activity in the space, as well as what the future might hold.
