Our client is embarking on the next evolution of their CRE data, software, and technology platform.

They are a pioneer in the commercial real estate industry leveraging its leading industry expertise, technology and analytics to deliver faster decision making and outsized returns. They offer these solutions focusing on four key capabilities – Valuation, Portfolio Performance, Market Insights, and Property Tax.

The Offer Management Team is responsible for both identifying and delivering these solutions to meet the complex needs of customers. They’re growing their team and looking to add an Offer Manager. The Offer Manager is responsible for identifying the challenges in the market, understanding how they may be well positioned to solve them, determining the appropriate opportunity set, and driving execution.

As an Offer Manager, you will direct growth of the Offer portfolio in a specific segment by  finding new ways to deliver predictive analytics, market insights, property tax management, and valuation capabilities that empower customers to be more successful. You will engage directly with customers to understand the markets in which they function, their goals and challenges. You will establish a vision for your Offer, coordinate strategy and execution across all stakeholder groups, and successfully execute the release of those capabilities to customers. 
  
Role responsibilities: 

  • Own your offer’s roadmap, including continuous review and evolution
  • Draw on experience and knowledge to see the big picture and develop creative strategies to make the vision a reality
  • Gather and classify opportunities from clients and the broader business units across the entire organization
  • Develop a broad, and deep understanding of analytical use cases in the real estate sector and understand how data solutions can be integrated within software and service offerings
  • conduct market analysis and work with executive leaders on the data solution’s vision to ensure it aligns with the overall platform strategy
  • Work with the executive team to implement features that extend beyond industry standards and elevate functionality.
  • Lead and align offer strategy, roadmap, and development
  • Develop a deep understanding of the market trends to identify, define, and present opportunities
  • Contribute to the development of net new offers or enhancements to existing offers based on in-depth analysis and assessment of our clients’ needs
